ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Last Updated: August 2, 2026

OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

Lumisque Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all customers, including individuals with disabilities.

We believe that every customer should be able to access information about our products, browse the Shop Lumisque website, create and manage an account, place an order, manage a subscription, review our policies, and communicate with our customer-service team with dignity, independence, and equal opportunity.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the Shop Lumisque website, online store, customer account pages, checkout experience, subscription-management services, digital content, and related online services, collectively referred to as the “Site” or “Services.”

Lumisque Inc. is a Florida corporation and the home of CO2Lift®.

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we continually work to improve the usability and accessibility of the Site.

As a reference point for our digital accessibility efforts, we seek to follow generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA, commonly referred to as WCAG 2.2 AA.

Our use of WCAG 2.2 AA as a reference point does not represent that every page, feature, file, integration, or item of content will conform to every accessibility criterion at all times. The Site is continually updated, and accessibility may be affected by new content, platform changes, third-party applications, browser differences, technical limitations, and evolving accessibility standards.

We remain committed to identifying and addressing accessibility barriers as part of our ongoing website development and maintenance.

OUR ACCESSIBILITY EFFORTS

We seek to design, develop, operate, and maintain the Site in a manner that supports access by individuals using a range of devices, browsers, input methods, and assistive technologies.

Our ongoing accessibility efforts may include improving page structure and heading organization, providing meaningful text alternatives for important images, supporting keyboard navigation, maintaining readable text and appropriate visual contrast, labeling forms and interactive controls, making links understandable within their context, allowing browser-based text enlargement and zoom, providing clear instructions and error messages, reducing unnecessary motion, and improving the accessibility of product descriptions, account functions, checkout features, policy pages, and customer-service information.

We also seek to consider accessibility when adding or updating written content, images, videos, forms, navigation, product pages, promotional materials, and other digital features.

Where meaningful prerecorded video or audio content is made available, we seek to provide captions, transcripts, descriptions, or another reasonable accessible alternative when appropriate and reasonably achievable.

We may conduct automated testing, manual reviews, keyboard testing, assistive-technology testing, vendor assessments, or other accessibility evaluations as part of our ongoing efforts. Automated tools alone cannot identify every possible accessibility barrier, and no single testing method can guarantee complete accessibility for every user, device, browser, or assistive technology.

SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY

The Site is hosted and operated through Shopify and may use third-party services and applications, including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Recharge, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, advertising tools, social media features, product-review tools, embedded media, and other integrations.

Some portions of the Site may therefore be created, hosted, operated, or controlled by third parties rather than directly by Lumisque Inc.

We encourage our service providers to support accessible digital experiences, and we seek to consider accessibility when selecting and configuring material technologies. However, Lumisque Inc. may not have complete control over the accessibility, source code, updates, functionality, or compatibility of every third-party service.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier involving a third-party feature used through Shop Lumisque, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, provide an alternative method of access where feasible, and communicate the issue to the applicable provider when appropriate.

COMPATIBILITY WITH ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

The accessibility and performance of the Site may depend on the combination of the device, operating system, browser, browser version, assistive technology, privacy settings, and other software being used.

For the best available experience, customers should use current versions of commonly supported browsers and assistive technologies whenever reasonably possible.

Older browsers, unsupported software, heavily modified browser settings, or disabled website technologies may affect the appearance, security, functionality, or accessibility of portions of the Site.

Nothing in this statement requires a customer to use a particular assistive technology to request assistance from us.

ACCESSIBILITY OF DOCUMENTS AND ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

Certain information on the Site may be provided through downloadable files, product inserts, images, videos, promotional graphics, or other formats.

If you experience difficulty accessing a policy, product instruction, product description, order communication, subscription notice, or other information, please contact us and identify the content you need.

Upon request, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible alternative format or communicate the information through another effective method.

The timing and format of an alternative may depend on the nature of the information, the requested format, available technology, and the urgency of the request. We will work with the requesting individual in good faith to identify an effective and reasonable solution.

ASSISTANCE WITH SHOPPING AND ACCOUNT SERVICES

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from browsing products, obtaining product information, completing checkout, reviewing an order, accessing your account, managing a Recharge subscription, changing delivery information, submitting a privacy request, or using another Site feature, please contact our customer-service team.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative method for completing the requested action.

Accessibility assistance does not change product prices, subscription obligations, shipping charges, taxes, payment requirements, eligibility restrictions, or the terms applicable to an order. However, a customer will not be charged an additional customer-service fee solely for requesting accessibility assistance.

For security and privacy reasons, we may need to verify your identity or account information before accessing, modifying, or discussing an account, order, payment, privacy request, or subscription.

ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK

We welcome feedback from individuals with disabilities and others who encounter accessibility barriers while using the Site.

Accessibility feedback helps us identify areas where the Site may not work as intended and informs our ongoing improvement efforts.

When reporting an accessibility issue, please identify the page, product, feature, link, file, form, or process involved and describe the difficulty you experienced. It may also be helpful to identify the browser, device, operating system, and assistive technology you were using, although you are not required to provide disability or medical information.

Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information when reporting an accessibility issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge, investigate, and respond to accessibility feedback. The time needed to address an issue may depend on its complexity, technical cause, effect on users, involvement of third-party technology, and the availability of an appropriate correction or alternative.

REQUESTING A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION

You may request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative method of accessing our products, information, or customer services by contacting us through the information provided below.

We will consider requests individually and communicate with you to better understand the accessibility barrier and the assistance needed.

We may propose an effective alternative when the exact accommodation requested is not technically feasible, would materially alter the applicable service, would compromise security or privacy, or would otherwise create an unreasonable operational or legal burden.

Nothing in this section limits an accommodation, communication method, or accessibility right required by applicable law.

TELEPHONE AND RELAY SERVICE ACCESS

Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, or have a speech disability may contact us using a telecommunications relay service or another communication service of their choice.

Our customer-service team will communicate with relay-service users in the same manner that it communicates with other customers, subject to reasonable identity-verification and account-security requirements.

ACCESSIBILITY IS AN ONGOING PROCESS

Digital accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.

The Site, product catalog, applications, promotional materials, subscription features, and third-party services may change frequently. New content or technology may temporarily create an accessibility barrier even when accessibility was considered during development.

We seek to review accessibility issues, prioritize material barriers, and make reasonable improvements over time. Priority may be given to barriers affecting essential functions such as accessing product and safety information, navigating the Site, completing purchases, managing subscriptions, reviewing policies, and contacting customer service.

This Accessibility Statement is not a certification, warranty, or representation that every portion of the Site is fully accessible under every accessibility standard or with every possible combination of technology.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to websites, social media platforms, applications, publications, retailers, professional providers, or other services operated independently from Lumisque Inc.

Lumisque Inc. does not control the accessibility practices of independent third-party websites or services merely because a link appears on the Site.

We encourage third parties to provide accessible experiences, but questions or concerns regarding an independent third party’s website may need to be directed to that third party.

NO RETALIATION OR DISCRIMINATION

Lumisque Inc. will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against an individual for requesting accessibility assistance, identifying an accessibility barrier, submitting accessibility feedback, or exercising an accessibility right protected by applicable law.

CHANGES TO THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect changes to the Site, our accessibility efforts, technology, service providers, recognized accessibility practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update this Accessibility Statement, we will revise the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of the statement.

We encourage customers to review this Accessibility Statement periodically.
