This Legal Disclaimer, FDA Statement and Product Claims Notice applies to the Shop Lumisque website, online store, product pages, educational materials, advertisements, social media content, customer communications, photographs, videos, testimonials, professional commentary, subscription services, and related content and services, collectively referred to as the “Site” or “Services.”

The Site is owned and operated by Lumisque Inc., a Florida corporation and the home of CO2Lift®. In this notice, “Lumisque,” “Shop Lumisque,” “CO2Lift,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lumisque Inc.

Unless a specific product page or product label expressly states otherwise and identifies a different lawful regulatory status, products offered through Shop Lumisque are marketed as cosmetic, skincare, personal-care, intimate-care, beauty, or wellness products.

THE DIETARY-SUPPLEMENT FDA DISCLAIMER

The statement, “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease,” is a statutory disclaimer associated with certain claims made for dietary supplements.

Unless Shop Lumisque expressly offers a product legally classified and labeled as a dietary supplement, the presence or absence of that dietary-supplement disclaimer should not be used to determine the regulatory status, safety, effectiveness, or permitted claims of a cosmetic or personal-care product.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY

Skincare, cosmetic, personal-care, intimate-care, and wellness results vary among individuals.

PREGNANCY, NURSING, MEDICATIONS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES AND ADVERSE REACTIONS
