COOKIE POLICY

Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Last Updated: August 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Lumisque Inc. (“Lumisque,” “Shop Lumisque,” “CO2Lift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, tags, web beacons, and similar technologies when you visit or interact with the Shop Lumisque website, online store, customer account pages, checkout, subscription portal, advertisements, and related online services, collectively referred to as the “Site” or “Services.”

Lumisque Inc. is a Florida corporation and the home of CO2Lift®.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with the Shop Lumisque Privacy Policy and Notice, which provides additional information regarding how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Cookie Policy. Where applicable law requires consent before certain cookies or similar technologies may be used, we will request that consent through the cookie banner or another appropriate consent mechanism.

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files that websites may place on your browser, computer, mobile device, tablet, or other Internet-connected device.

Cookies may store or communicate information regarding your browser, device, preferences, account session, shopping cart, Site activity, advertising interactions, and other information associated with your use of the Site.

Cookies may allow the Site to recognize a browser or device, remember information between pages, keep products in a shopping cart, maintain a customer session, process checkout, remember privacy selections, measure Site activity, prevent fraud, and support advertising.

Cookies do not necessarily identify you by name. However, information collected through cookies may be considered personal information under applicable privacy laws when it identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or can reasonably be linked to an individual, household, browser, or device.

2. SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

In addition to cookies, we and our service providers may use pixels, tags, web beacons, application programming interfaces, local browser storage, server logs, software development kits, and other technologies that perform functions similar to cookies.

A pixel or web beacon is generally a small piece of code or electronic file that can recognize certain interactions with a website, email, or advertisement. Pixels may help determine whether a page was viewed, whether a link was selected, whether an advertisement led to a Site visit, or whether a customer completed a purchase.

Local storage allows a website or application to store information directly in a browser or device. Local storage may retain more information than a traditional cookie and may remain available until it is removed through the browser or device settings.

Server logs may automatically record information generated when a browser or device communicates with the Site. This information may include an Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring source, requested page, date and time, and technical performance information.

References to “cookies” in this Cookie Policy include cookies and these similar technologies unless the context requires otherwise.

3. FIRST-PARTY AND THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Cookies may be classified as first-party cookies or third-party cookies.

First-party cookies are associated with the domain you are visiting. On the Site, first-party cookies may be placed or supported by Lumisque Inc., Shopify, or technology operating through the Shop Lumisque domain. These cookies may support Site operation, customer accounts, shopping carts, checkout, security, preferences, analytics, and other functions.

Third-party cookies or similar technologies are provided by a company other than the operator of the website you are visiting. For example, certain analytics, advertising, social media, payment, fraud-prevention, or subscription providers may receive information when their technology is used on the Site.

The placement, duration, and operation of third-party cookies may be controlled in whole or in part by the applicable third-party provider. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

4. SESSION AND PERSISTENT COOKIES

Some cookies are session cookies. Session cookies generally remain active only during a browser session and may be deleted when you close the browser.

Other cookies are persistent cookies. Persistent cookies may remain on a browser or device after the browser has been closed and may continue until they expire, are replaced, or are deleted through browser or device settings.

The duration of a particular cookie depends on its purpose, configuration, provider, legal requirements, and the settings of the browser or device.

5. WHY WE USE COOKIES

We use cookies to operate, secure, personalize, analyze, and improve the Site and Services.

Cookies allow us to maintain the functionality of the online store, remember the contents of a shopping cart, support checkout, recognize customer sessions, administer subscriptions, authenticate accounts, detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, store customer preferences, understand Site performance, measure marketing activity, and provide advertising where permitted.

We may also use cookies to remember whether you accepted or rejected certain optional technologies and to apply your privacy selections to the browser or device from which the selection was made.

The cookies used on the Site may fall into the categories described below. The names assigned to categories may vary slightly depending on the cookie banner, browser, platform, or privacy tool used.

6. STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site and Services to operate properly.

These cookies may support Site security, customer authentication, account access, shopping-cart functionality, checkout, payment processing, transaction completion, fraud prevention, load balancing, network management, privacy preferences, and other essential functions.

Strictly necessary cookies may allow the Site to remember that you placed a product in your cart, maintain your session while you move between pages, process a purchase, recognize an authenticated customer account, or remember a privacy selection.

Because these cookies are required to provide a service you requested or to maintain the security and basic operation of the Site, they generally cannot be disabled through the Shop Lumisque cookie-preference tool.

You may be able to block strictly necessary cookies through your browser settings. However, doing so may prevent you from using important portions of the Site, including account, cart, subscription, checkout, payment, or security features.

7. FUNCTIONAL AND PREFERENCE COOKIES

Functional and preference cookies support optional features and allow the Site to remember selections you make.

These cookies may remember your preferred language, region, currency, account selections, display settings, recently viewed products, saved preferences, or other choices that improve the Site experience.

Functional cookies may also support customer-service tools, product recommendations, accessibility features, embedded content, and optional Site functionality.

If you reject or disable functional cookies, some optional features may not operate properly, and you may need to enter or select certain information again during a later visit.

8. ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE COOKIES

Analytics and performance cookies help us understand how visitors find, navigate, and use the Site.

These cookies may collect information regarding pages viewed, products viewed, links selected, search activity, referring sources, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, visit duration, technical errors, checkout activity, and completed transactions.

We may use this information to measure Site traffic, evaluate product interest, understand navigation patterns, identify technical problems, improve page performance, analyze customer engagement, evaluate business operations, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Analytics reports may be aggregated or deidentified, but the underlying technologies may use online identifiers, cookie identifiers, device information, or other information that may be considered personal information under applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, analytics and performance cookies will be used only after you have provided the required consent.

9. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to measure and understand activity on the Site.

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information regarding browser and device characteristics, Site visits, pages viewed, products viewed, session activity, referral sources, approximate location, conversions, checkout events, and completed purchases.

The information collected through Google Analytics may be used to prepare Site-usage reports, understand customer interactions, measure business performance, improve the Site, and evaluate marketing activity.

Depending on the features and settings enabled in our Google Analytics account, Google Analytics information may also be used for advertising measurement, audience creation, attribution, or remarketing.

Google may process information collected through Google Analytics in accordance with its own privacy policies, data-processing terms, product settings, and legal obligations.

You may manage Google Analytics cookies through the Shop Lumisque cookie-preference tool where available. Google also provides certain independent privacy and advertising controls.

10. ADVERTISING AND TARGETING COOKIES

Advertising and targeting cookies may be used to understand advertising interactions, measure campaign effectiveness, create or refine advertising audiences, limit repeated advertisements, and provide advertisements that may be more relevant to customer interests.

These technologies may collect or communicate information regarding Site visits, products viewed, cart activity, checkout activity, purchases, advertising impressions, advertisement selections, referring campaigns, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers, and approximate location.

Advertising providers may use this information to determine whether a person who viewed or selected an advertisement later visited the Site or completed a purchase.

Advertising providers may also combine information received from the Site with information collected from other websites, applications, devices, accounts, or services, subject to their own privacy practices and applicable law.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, the use of advertising cookies may be considered targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, sharing, or a sale of personal information, even when Lumisque Inc. does not receive money in exchange for the information.

Where required, we provide an opportunity to opt out of these activities through the cookie-preference tool, the Your Privacy Choices or Data Sharing Opt-Out page, or another legally recognized privacy mechanism.

11. META PIXEL

We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business technologies to measure advertising performance and understand actions taken after a person views or interacts with advertising on Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service.

The Meta Pixel may collect or receive information concerning Site visits, pages viewed, products viewed, cart activity, checkout activity, completed purchases, transaction values, browser and device characteristics, Internet Protocol addresses, cookie identifiers, and advertising interactions.

We may use this information to measure campaign effectiveness, attribute purchases to advertisements, create advertising audiences, retarget prior Site visitors, improve advertising, and understand customer engagement.

Meta may process information received through the Meta Pixel in accordance with its own privacy policies, cookie policies, account settings, advertising controls, contractual terms, and legal obligations.

Where required by law, the Meta Pixel and other non-essential Meta advertising technologies will not be activated until the required consent has been provided.

You may manage eligible Meta advertising cookies through the Shop Lumisque cookie-preference tool. You may also be able to adjust certain advertising preferences directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

12. SHOPIFY COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGIES

The Site is hosted and operated through Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to display products, maintain customer sessions, manage customer accounts, support shopping carts, administer checkout, process transactions, prevent fraud, remember privacy choices, and provide related Services.

Shopify and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies when you visit the Site, interact with checkout, access a Shopify-powered customer account, use Shop Pay, or interact with another Shopify service.

Some Shopify cookies are strictly necessary to operate and secure the storefront. Other Shopify features may support analytics, preferences, personalization, advertising measurement, or other functions, depending on the configuration of the Site and the customer’s privacy selections.

Shopify may process certain information on behalf of Lumisque Inc. Shopify may also process information for its own purposes when providing Shop, Shop Pay, Shopify Network Intelligence, fraud-prevention tools, or other Shopify consumer services.

Shopify’s independent processing is governed by its applicable privacy policies, cookie policies, terms, and privacy controls.

The specific Shopify cookies used through merchant storefronts may change as Shopify updates its platform, security systems, customer accounts, checkout, payment tools, and other services.

13. SHOPIFY PAYMENTS AND SHOP PAY

We use Shopify Payments and may offer Shop Pay as a checkout option.

Shopify, financial institutions, card networks, payment processors, and fraud-prevention providers may use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate customers, securely process transactions, prevent fraud, remember permitted checkout information, assess transaction risk, and provide payment services.

Cookies related to payment processing, transaction security, and fraud prevention may be treated as strictly necessary because disabling them may prevent checkout or payment from operating properly.

When you choose to use Shop Pay, Shopify may recognize your browser or device and provide saved or accelerated checkout features in accordance with the choices and account information associated with your Shop Pay use.

Lumisque Inc. does not directly store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

14. RECHARGE SUBSCRIPTION TECHNOLOGIES

We use Recharge to administer recurring-product subscriptions.

Recharge may use cookies and similar technologies when you enroll in a subscription, access a subscription-management portal, authenticate your subscription account, review upcoming orders, update payment or delivery information, change a subscription, pause or skip an order, or cancel an eligible subscription.

Recharge technologies may support security, authentication, customer preferences, subscription administration, payment-token management, fraud prevention, customer support, performance analysis, and related functions.

Certain Recharge cookies may be strictly necessary to provide the subscription service. Other cookies may support functionality, analytics, or performance, depending on the Recharge services and settings used.

Recharge may process personal information on behalf of Lumisque Inc. and may process certain information for its own security, legal, operational, and compliance purposes under its applicable policies and agreements.

15. SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

The Site may include social media buttons, embedded videos, product content, reviews, or other materials provided through third-party services.

When you interact with embedded content or a social media feature, the applicable third party may place or access cookies or receive information concerning your browser, device, account, or activity.

A third party may recognize you through an account you maintain with that provider, even when you do not actively select the embedded feature, depending on the provider’s technology, your account status, browser settings, and privacy preferences.

Third-party social media and embedded content are governed by the applicable provider’s own privacy and cookie practices.

16. EMAIL TECHNOLOGIES

Emails sent by or on behalf of Shop Lumisque may contain pixels, tagged links, or similar technologies that help determine whether an email was delivered, opened, or selected.

We may use this information to administer communications, measure engagement, understand customer interest, improve the relevance of communications, maintain security, and evaluate marketing performance.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from sending transaction-related or service-related communications, including order confirmations, shipping notices, subscription notices, payment communications, account-security messages, and responses to customer-service requests.

Some email applications allow users to block external images, which may restrict certain email pixels.

17. INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES

Depending on the technology used and how you interact with the Site, cookies and similar technologies may collect or communicate identifiers and Internet or electronic activity information.

This information may include an Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, cookie identifier, device identifier, approximate location, referring source, pages viewed, products viewed, links selected, search activity, shopping-cart activity, checkout events, purchase events, subscription interactions, advertising interactions, date and time of access, session duration, and technical performance information.

Information collected through cookies may be combined with account, order, transaction, subscription, or customer-service information when permitted by applicable law and reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy and Notice.

18. COOKIE DURATION

The length of time a cookie remains on a browser or device depends on whether it is a session or persistent cookie, its purpose, its configuration, the technology provider, your browser settings, and applicable legal requirements.

A session cookie may expire when you close your browser or end the applicable session.

A persistent cookie may remain for a defined period or until you delete it. Certain persistent cookies may be renewed or updated when you revisit the Site or interact with the applicable service.

We do not control the expiration settings of every third-party cookie. Third-party providers may modify cookie names, purposes, and durations as their technologies develop.

Where the Site’s cookie-preference tool provides a current cookie list or additional information regarding cookie duration, that information supplements this Cookie Policy.

19. YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

You may manage eligible cookies through the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences link available on the Site.

Depending on the Site configuration and your region, the cookie-preference tool may allow you to accept all optional cookies, reject all optional cookies, or make selections according to cookie category.

Strictly necessary cookies generally remain active because they are required to operate the Site, protect transactions, provide requested services, or remember privacy choices.

Your selection is generally associated with the browser and device used to make the selection. You may need to repeat your selection when you use another browser or device, clear cookies, use private browsing, or otherwise reset your browser information.

If you previously accepted optional cookies, you may withdraw that consent through the Cookie Preferences link where available. Withdrawing consent will apply prospectively and will not invalidate processing that occurred lawfully before the withdrawal.

Rejecting optional cookies does not necessarily mean that you will stop seeing advertising. It generally means that advertisements may be less personalized and that we may have less information regarding advertising performance.

20. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND DATA-SHARING OPT-OUT

Where required by applicable U.S. state privacy law, you may opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising.

Lumisque Inc. does not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, certain advertising and analytics technologies may be legally characterized as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

You may exercise an applicable opt-out right through the Your Privacy Choices, Data Sharing Opt-Out, or similarly titled link available in the Site footer.

A cookie opt-out and a data-sharing opt-out may operate together but may not always be identical. You should review both the Cookie Preferences tool and the applicable data-sharing opt-out page to ensure that your selections reflect your preferences.

21. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Some browsers and browser extensions allow users to transmit a Global Privacy Control signal.

Where required by applicable law and where the signal can reasonably be associated with your browser or device, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Because Global Privacy Control signals are generally browser- and device-specific, the preference may apply only to the browser or device transmitting the signal.

A Global Privacy Control signal may not automatically delete cookies already stored on your device. You may need to use your browser settings or the Shop Lumisque Cookie Preferences tool to delete or disable existing cookies.

22. DO NOT TRACK

Certain browsers may transmit a Do Not Track signal.

There is not currently a universally accepted technical or legal standard governing all Do Not Track signals. The Site may not respond to older or unsupported Do Not Track signals.

We honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.

23. BROWSER AND DEVICE CONTROLS

Most browsers allow users to view, block, restrict, or delete cookies through browser settings.

Browser settings vary. You should review the privacy, security, or cookie settings provided by your browser for instructions.

Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the operation of the Site. For example, you may be unable to remain signed in, maintain products in a cart, access a subscription portal, complete checkout, use accelerated payment features, or retain privacy preferences.

Mobile devices may also provide settings that limit advertising tracking, reset advertising identifiers, restrict application permissions, or control access to certain device information.

Browser and device controls operate independently from the Site’s cookie-preference tool. You may need to use both types of controls to fully implement your preferences.

24. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY CONTROLS

Google, Meta, Shopify, Recharge, and other providers may offer independent privacy, cookie, advertising, account, or opt-out controls.

Your use of a third party’s controls is governed by that provider’s policies and systems.

A selection made directly through a third party may not automatically update the selection stored through the Shop Lumisque cookie-preference tool, and a selection made through Shop Lumisque may not change every independent setting maintained through your third-party accounts.

We encourage you to review the applicable privacy and cookie policies of third-party providers for additional information regarding their technologies and controls.

25. UNITED STATES PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights relating to information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Depending on the applicable law and subject to statutory thresholds and exceptions, these rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling activities.

Cookie and advertising identifiers may be treated as personal information under some state privacy laws.

You may submit a privacy request in accordance with the Shop Lumisque Privacy Policy and Notice or use the applicable Cookie Preferences and Your Privacy Choices tools.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

26. CANADIAN PRIVACY AND CONSENT

For Canadian visitors and customers, we use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

Where consent is legally required, the appropriate form of consent may depend on the purpose of the cookie, the sensitivity of the information, the reasonable expectations of the individual, and the context in which the information is collected.

Certain cookies may be necessary to provide a service you request, maintain security, remember your selections, administer checkout, process payment, or operate a subscription.

Where required, we will request consent before activating non-essential analytics, advertising, or targeting technologies.

Canadian visitors may withdraw consent for eligible optional cookies through the Cookie Preferences tool, subject to legal or technical limitations.

Withdrawal of consent may affect optional features but will not ordinarily affect essential checkout, payment, security, order, or account functions.

Additional information regarding Canadian privacy rights is provided in the Shop Lumisque Privacy Policy and Notice.

27. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under thirteen years of age.

We do not knowingly use cookies to sell or share the personal information of children under sixteen years of age for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately address the information.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information through the Site may contact us using the information provided below.

28. CHANGES TO OUR COOKIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

The cookies and technologies used on the Site may change as we update the Site, modify our Shopify configuration, add or remove applications, change service providers, introduce new features, improve security, or modify our advertising and analytics practices.

Cookie names, providers, purposes, and durations may also change without a corresponding change to the general category descriptions in this Cookie Policy.

We periodically review our cookie and privacy settings and may update this Cookie Policy to reflect material changes.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before using personal information collected through cookies for a materially different purpose.

29. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, service providers, business practices, legal requirements, or the Site.

When this Cookie Policy is updated, we will revise the Last Updated date displayed at the beginning of the policy.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Site, the cookie banner, email, or another appropriate method when required by law.

We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
